Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced Medicare recertification survey conducted on August 3, 2016, Pinnacle Health Partners, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 491, Subpart A, Rural Health Clinics: Conditions for Certification; and FQHCs Conditions for Coverage.
